Check In Time: 4:00 p.m.

Check Out Time: 12:00 p.m.

Must be 21 years of age to rent

First night's deposit + tax due at time of reservation

Two night minimum with the possibility of a one night stay during the off-season.

Peak Season: Memorial Day Weekend - Oct. 31st + All Holiday's except for New Year's which has special pricing
Off Season: Nov 1st to Memorial Day Weekend, excluding holidays

A $25.00 replacement fee will be assessed for any amenity tag or key not returned with room

Pet Policy

Some properties do allow pets, but please make arrangements prior to your stay. A $25.00 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your balance

Cancellations:

If you cancel seven days prior to your stay, there will be a $20.00 cancellation fee and the rest of the deposit will be returned.

Any cancellation within seven days of your stay will result in forfeiture of the deposit + tax unless you re-book at the time of the cancellation.
