Enjoy 204 feet of lakefront property. Enjoy safe swimming off the pier and hunting for crawfish along the shoreline. There are also 1.5 acres of woods to explore on the property as well as the 13 mile trail system around Apple Canyon Lake. There is an outdoor fire pit, a lazy hammock, and horseshoe pit. Inside the house boasts 2 wood burning fireplaces to stay toasty. Also included with your stay is free access to the community swimming pool, tennis court, work out room, 9-hole golf course (fees not included), a Marina, and Nixon beach. These community amenities require an amenity tag for access. Don’t forget to visit the waterfall!
